Split: 4-Day Layout
Training frequency is 2x Squat, 2x Deadlift and 4x Bench Press. Balanced structure with heavy compound work and accessories. -

After this program is completed- it should be time to consider signing up for your first meet! You can either run my 8 WEEK PEAKING PROGRAM or work with me directly for 1:1 Coaching!
